Alterations + Additions

This recently completed project involved comprehensive internal alterations of a post-war, double-storey cream brick dwelling in Ivanhoe East. The works included the refurbishment of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, along with the addition of a new powder room and study.

New double-glazed windows were installed throughout, improving the home’s performance while refreshing its overall appearance. A renewed entry experience further enhanced the arrival sequence, bringing together functionality and contemporary aesthetics.

The result is a thoughtfully updated home that retains its existing character while providing a more comfortable, cohesive and modern environment for its clients.
