SERVICES

We can offer to do all or part of the services listed, depending on your project requirements and budget:

Feasibility Study

Not sure whether to renovate, rebuild, or relocate?
We can help you navigate these decisions through a detailed Feasibility Study.

A Feasibility Study is a high-level assessment based on site analysis and preliminary design concepts. It allows you to evaluate the practicalities, priorities, and budget implications of your proposed project-before making major commitments.

2

Concept Design & Planning Application

Ready to take your ideas to the next stage?
We’ll work with you to develop a clear design brief and budget to guide the design process.

In this stage, we typically create 2–3 sketch design options tailored to your goals and requirements. After your review and feedback, we can prepare a comprehensive package of drawings and reports required for submission to your local planning authority, if needed.

3

Design Development &

Construction Documentation

Your design is approved—what’s next?
We’ll guide you through the next crucial phase: transforming your design into a fully detailed, build-ready package.

This stage involves the careful selection of materials, fixtures, and finishes, along with the development of detailed drawings that clearly instruct the builder on how to bring the vision into reality.

Equally important at this stage is collaboration with key consultants, such as Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Energy Raters, and Building Surveyors, to ensure a coordinated and compliant outcome.

Once the construction documentation is complete, you’ll have a full set of drawings, specifications, and schedules—ready for final pricing and submission for a Building Permit.

Contract Administration

Need help working with a builder?

We can support you through the builder selection process, help finalise costs and get your project underway on site.

During construction, we act as a representative to administer the building contract in accordance with its terms. This includes attending site meetings, responding to queries, assessing variations and claims, and maintaining clear communication between all parties.

Our role is to support both you and the builder-ensuring the project runs smoothly and stays true to the design vision.
